Foodhak is at the intersection of food, technology, science and sustainability. We create delicious foods backed by clinical research. There are about 30,000 papers that get published on food every year, we use machine learning / AI to understand disease ingredient links, use this to do ingredient swaps in recipes to make these dishes personalised for your health goals, for eg meals that are good for cholesterol or blood pressure or immune system or any other health goal. We are team of foodies so taste has to be top priority and every dish is usually tastier that your local takeouts! We love doing taste tests!
Our food is Anti-inflammatory, Low glycaemic index, GF, DF and free from refined sugars. Our dishes are packed with superfoods and wholesome plants that help you strengthen your immune system, nervous system, cholesterol, blood pressure, eye health, skin health, you name it. We have food from all cuisines starting from Ayurveda, which has some of our best sellers like an Ayurvedic Kerelan curry, Kitchari spanning across to Thai, Chinese, European, Mediterranean etc. We have something for everyone - foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. We also have preset bundles for those who dont have time but have a specific health goal in mind.
These are chilled, fresh and ready to eat meals that just need to be warmed up for 2 mins in the microwave, stove or oven! We use the highest quality ingredients that are organic or locally sourced and do not have any artificial ingredients or preservatives. We use a sophisticated packaging technology, where we pack the food in heat sealed pouches, that gives the food a longer shelf life so we manage to have 0 food waste. The pouches are super space efficient in the fridges, are easy to freeze and gives the customer a lot of flexibility with the extra shelf life.
