Follow My Vote’s mission is to promote truth and freedom by empowering individuals to communicate effectively and implement non-coercive solutions to societal problems. To realize this vision, they are creating online voting, polling, and discussion software that leverages blockchain technology to facilitate communication at scale without potential for censorship or fraud. Follow My Vote software will support two voting / polling models: a stake-weighted model wherein voters’ opinions are weighted by their balance of a blockchain token, such as a BitShares asset, Bitcoin, etc.; and a verified identity model wherein each authorized voter is allowed to create at most one on-chain identity that can publish opinions anonymously. Follow My Vote is also prepared to take on consulting contracts and custom end-to-end verifiable blockchain-based voting software projects.
