The smart way to buy your second home, at a fraction of its price

Flyway offers a modern way to buy and own a luxury pied-à-terre at a fraction of its cost and removes the typical hassles of homeownership. It buys great homes in top city destinations (starting with London, UK) and creates an LLC for each home. You can purchase the amount of ownership that meets your needs, starting on 1/12th. Each home has a maximum of twelve owners, and when the home has been fully sold, Flyway does not retain any ownership.

At that point, it switches to the role of property manager, handling home cleaning, maintenance, bill payment, repairs, LLC oversight, taxes, and more. You can use the company’s scheduling system to book stays in your turnkey home anywhere from two days to two years in advance.
