FLXlease is a flexible lease marketplace that allows landlords and tenants to sign an exclusive lease agreement with FLXlease in exchange for full property management, marketing and renter occupancy. FLXlease rents apartments on a room-by-room basis allowing for increased rental revenue flow and minimal occupancy downtime while ensuring market needs are met.

The platform provides end-to-end property management tools so that all a landlord has to do is sign an exclusive lease agreement with us, receive an invoice for a digital lock and key, and ensure the home is initially clean. Our property management strategic partners will then step in to photograph the property, document its state and provide the FLXlease team with any important info/descriptions to know about the property.

FLXlease’s marketing engine then gets to work, posting the property across our ad network, leveraging SEO/SEM keywords, and ensuring the room is rented. Once a renter is placed, they’ll be charged first month's rent and a $500 security deposit, $400 of which is returned and a $100 is used to clean for the next tenant. Tenant’s can stay as short as 90 days, with a 60 day termination notice, and freely transfer between leases upon request.
