What Uber does to hail rides, Floorwatch does to hail store associates. And company dashboards provide your admins with real-time customer insight on store experience and team member performance. Core features of our patent-pending SaaS platform are already available in 57,000 store locations across the U.S. under the roof of more than 100 of the nation’s largest retailers.

We are offering select retailers an exclusive invitation to list their store locations in the Floorwatch app for free. It takes moments to geofence a store using our platform, to enable Call for Help and Rate This Visit. Premium features to equip team members with Flare for Help are available to retailers by subscription. An SDK is planned.
