Flikshop is one of the dopest tech companies in DC! We work to connect families back to their incarcerated loved ones...knowing that the family connection is what saves lives and reduces the chances of someone returning back to prison. Our mobile app and website allows our users to take a photo, add some text, press "Send". Flikshop prints the image and note on a tangible full-color postcard, and ships it directly to any person in any jail, prison, or immigration facility. Because of the lack of Internet, email, or social media families and communities are being destroyed because of mass incarceration. Flikshop solves this problem! Let's change the world!
