For Hirers:
We've re-written the rules by giving companies control over choosing their temporary workers. View worker profiles, review previous ratings, and assess experience all within their online dashboard. Based on search requirements, our matching algorithms suggest only the best suited candidates. Feedback and ratings are used to constantly refine the workers that appear top of search results.

Our in-house psychologists assess potential workers based on their experience, aptitude, attitude, and personality traits. Only those who meet our exacting standard are invited to join the Flexy community.

For Workers:
Workers set their own search criteria for hourly rate, job category, and location.They can directly see reviews from previous people who have done it, and make up their own mind as to whether the job is right for them.

No minimum wage here, but higher living wages. They get holiday pay for every hour they work, and loads of awesome freebies.
