Medical, dental, and vision insurance

You can choose from multiple plans. 100% paid for by Fivetran, and dependents are covered at 70%.

Hsa (health savings account)

Fivetran contributes $165 per month to employees’ HSA accounts.

Pet insurance

Fivetran offers a group plan for pet insurance through Pet Assure and PetPlus. Pet Assure helps employees save on veterinary care and in-house medical services. PetPlus is a prescription savings plan for dogs and cats.

Fivetran offers 4% matching contribution to your 401K account

Parental leave

Fivetran gives full-time employees 12 weeks of parental leave. This applies to new mothers, new fathers, surrogate mothers, or parents adopting a child. Employees are eligible for parental leave after 9 months of employment.

Rsu's

Fivetran employees have the opportunity to receive RSU's. Newly hired employees will time-vest 25% on the first anniversary of their RSU vesting commencement date and then in 12 equal quarterly installments over the remaining 3 years after.
