Know Your Fitness

FitTrace allows users to understand their fitness by using highly accurate technologies. The app stores, tracks, and analyzes body composition. Using FitTrace athletes and fitness professionals can optimize athletic performance, minimize injury and improve injury recovery.

A Basic subscription (free) provides for storage and basic analysis. A Premium subscription allows users to share scans (with trainers, coaches, etc), create groups, provides access to advanced reporting, and allows comparison with other users, groups, and professional athletes. FitTrace is available in B2C and B2B situations.

Currently FitTrace works with DXA based body composition. DXAs have the advantage of being validated by the scientific community and are being adopted in college athletic departments and professional sports as well as at the consumer level.
