Culture and benefits at Fitmint
Culture overview
The culture of a team is defined as behaviours of an individual that are rewards. This reflects on whom we hire, reward or let go. Here are some of them for us: Ownership: A Fitmint-er owns problems, regardless of whether it falls under their “job description”, regardless of whether they were asked to own the problem or not. They see a problem and they solve it. Ability To Disagree: A Fitmint-er shares their opinion freely, even if their opinion is not the most popular one. If needed, disagree with respect. A Fitmint-er asks questions to shape their opinions and are open to change. Always start with WHY: Whatever you do be it product, design, content, tech, economy or anything else, need to start with why. What, how and who will come after that. Always take Top-down approach rather than bottom-up approach. <This is an ever-evolving culture handbook>
