Our product allows users to order a house call to their home, office or hotel at any time of the day or night. We offer a broad range of services that includes basic primary care, advanced diagnostics such as EKGs, and even a full service pharmacy. All of this is delivered on-demand or on a patient’s schedule, with the highest standards of quality and customer service. You will help us build out a suite of digital products to support the customer experience. Medical records will be easy to access and beautifully presented. Ordering a visit will feel simpler than making a reservation on Hotel Tonight. And messaging your doctor will be as seamless as sending an SMS. You will also have the opportunity to work on some interesting technical problems, such as helping us to refine our “surge pricing” with the end goal of achieving a perfect balance between supply and demand (while maintaining a phenomenal user experience). FirstLine is backed by a group of top VCs and angels and our small (but growing) team is located in the heart of SOMA, across the street from the Caltrain station.
