We're currently hiring our Founding Engineer — someone who’s not just looking for their next job, but their next mission. As our first technical hire, you’ll work directly with the founders to build the core infrastructure of a next-gen audit automation platform. From architecting AI-powered risk engines to deploying production-grade tools used by real auditors, this is a hands-on, zero-to-one role with real-world impact. You’ll have ownership across the stack — backend, data pipelines, ML integrations, and user-facing components — and help shape the culture, codebase, and future of the company. We’re looking for someone who: -Loves building early products fast and well -Has strong experience with Python (and/or TypeScript), APIs, Postgres, and ML integration -Thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and values clean code -Is excited by fintech, audit-tech, or applied AI in real-world workflows If building real tools for real problems sounds more exciting than optimizing another ad click, let’s talk.
