Writing and identifying test cases
Setting up of test environments
Designing test plans
Developing test cases/scenarios based on usage cases
Executing manual and automated tests
Assisting in the design and implementation of automated test frameworks
Performing expert code reviews
Identifying opportunities for automated testing at different levels (unit, integration, UI, etc)

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering end-to-end workflows, integrations, and event driven systems
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of AI generated conversations, call summaries, and data capture across varied scenarios

• Work closely with the CEO on ad-hoc or other impromptu projects, providing rapid analytical support and insights.
• Lead daily operations for the corporate analytics function, overseeing the development and delivery of executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and routine reporting.

• + Manage a team of Connector Development Representatives, directing their sourcing efforts toward the agencies, roles, and relationships of greatest strategic significance based on pipeline need and priority.

Set targets and territories for the CDRs and hold them accountable for building a healthy, qualified pipeline of prospective Connectors.
Coach and develop your CDRs — growing their capabilities, sharpening their outreach and qualification, and standardizing the practices that work best.
Review the Connectors your CDRs develop and decide which to bring into active production, ensuring a smooth transition from sourcing to management.
Translate Filevine's pipeline priorities into clear direction for the team, adjusting focus as agency needs and opportunities shift.

• Gather and translate mission requirements working with DOD customers and Account Executives to turn ambiguous operational problems into clear, buildable technical requirements and use cases.
• Configure and build against development requirements standing up Console demo environments tailored to specific mission use cases — going well beyond a fixed demo script to prove the capability the customer actually needs.

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal legal and litigation offices owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
• Navigate the unique requirements of federal procurement including FAR compliance, security standards, and agency-specific regulations.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for federal civilian customers evaluating Filevine, from initial discovery through technical validation and selection.
• Configure and tailor the platform across case-management use cases building demo environments and working configurations that map to each agency's specific workflows and requirements.

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
• Navigate the unique requirements of federal civilian procurement including FAR compliance, security standards, and agency-specific regulations.

• Own the reseller and teaming-partner channel recruiting, onboarding, and activating resellers, systems integrators, and prime contractors that extend Filevine's federal reach.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners developing joint value propositions, co-sell motions, and pipeline targets that align each partner's strengths with Filevine's federal priorities.

• Provide constructive input and feedback for leaders and team members.
• Ability to lead, work independently, or with team members on assigned projects and initiatives.

• Assist in leading consultative discovery with sophisticated legal buyers: understand their practice, workflows, and operational pain before positioning a solution.

• Design end-to-end product experiences from early concepts through polished implementation.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into intuitive workflows, interactions, and interfaces.

• Sell Filevine to clients seeking case management solutions, particularly in the legal vertical.
• Demonstrate ability to earn business by conveying the value props of Filevine

• Platform & Search Ownership: Define the platform vision and develop a comprehensive understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and limitations across all owning and consuming teams, translated into a clear strategy and prioritized roadmap that balances platform maturity with delivery of new functionality.

• Own and evolve observability strategy, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics.
