Fika is a Mental Fitness tech start-up founded to fill a gap in our education and training system, where mental health literacy and mental fitness skills development ought to exist.

When we think about mental health training, most of us will naturally think of awareness training. But what if there was training we could all do that could prevent mental health from declining in the first place? How could that change the way we think - and talk - about mental health? That’s where Fika comes in.

We work with businesses across the corporate, healthcare and education sectors and together we are reducing the negative stigma associated with mental health and instead celebrating Mental Fitness. Created by an expert team with proven psychological impact. Fika courses help individuals to develop 7 skills of Mental Fitness, to enable them to perform at their best, thrive through challenges and have greater life satisfaction whilst preventing the decline of mental health.
