Fiasco Gelato careers

At Fiasco, we are obsessed with Quality and Integrity. We are committed to sourcing the best ingredients we can find from around the world, and as locally as possible. Our Blueberries grown in the beautiful Fraser Valley of British Columbia, our pineapples flown in from sunny Hawaii and our Espresso is roasted by our friends at Rosso right in our community of Calgary, Alberta. We are committed to our mission of enriching people’s lives, one tiny spoonful at a time.

All our Gelato and Sorbetto are natural, with no artificial flavours, or colours. Our Sorbetto is always dairy and gluten free, as well as vegan friendly. None of our products contain soy, or egg, but rather a plant based stabilizer. Aside from the natural sugars found in fruit, we use cane sugar to sweeten our Gelato and Sorbetto.

Believe it or not, everything is made by us at our Gelato Factory & Coffee Bar in Calgary. Six sets of hands go into the making of every single pint. True #GelatoLove.
