Dispute resolution: our dispute resolution practice covers:
* litigation at all levels of the Singapore courts,
* domestic and international arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and various arbitral tribunals; and
* mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC).

Mergers and Acquisitions: we have significant experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions work involving both assets and shares. We are able to advise on and assist with the entire M&A process, including, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation on the sale and purchase documentation and funding or closing of the transaction.

Corporate and Commercial:In addition to bespoke corporate law advice, we provide guidance on general or ad-hoc corporate law matters. We can advise on, provide guidance on or review corporate, commercial and compliance documents.
