• Maintain, improve and troubleshoot our core systems used by several teams, some of those are AWS, Storm, Nimbus, Kafka, Zookeeper, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ActiveMQ, Brooklin, etc.;

• Owns large, highly strategic projects, as well as helping with more detailed UX and UI design when necessary or where setting direction.
• Supervises the activities of the team members in the dedicated in game & Lobby work stream.

• Develop and implement privacy and data security policies and procedures.

• Lead and mentor the Data TPM team by ensuring a culture of collaboration across cross-functional teams, strategic mindset, timely delivery of data initiatives aligned with the data strategy. Provide directional guidance to the team to manage highly impactful projects with measurable results and key results

• Take the long-term view and consider where each system is at in its life cycle and where appropriate, proactively fix architecture deficiencies.
• Make existing systems simpler (e.g. by consolidating redundant systems, deleting unnecessary code, or removing/updating out of date documentation).

• Analyze and assess current regulatory documentation processes to identify operational enhancements.
• Draft, maintain and organize key regulatory documents, including product internal controls, terms and conditions, and house rules.

• Work closely with the VIP Team to deeply understand the VIP customer, and collaborate on initiatives that drive VIP engagement and loyalty

• Support the employee relations program and related areas, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees, consistent with FanDuel’s principles
• Under the guidance of the Employee Relations Director, conduct and support workplace investigations and resolve workplace conflicts; ensuring they are handled compliantly, sensitively and without prejudice. Ensure all investigations are efficiently and consistently conducted, documented and tracked

• Concept and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and write integrated campaigns across a variety of media including but not limited to digital video, social media, banners, email, radio, out of home, print, and TV
• Responsible for making ads (not just posts) for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter

• Manage a set of vendor relationships and drive day-to-day initiatives to resolution
• Serve as main point of contact on the FanDuel side, assisting with inbound and outbound requests with each vendor

• Build forecast of annual New Venture revenue & costs that will serve as financial target against which the business will be evaluated

• Liaise with the SOX Testing team and key stakeholders to ensure FanDuel’s overall compliance with SOX Section 404 requirements, including but not limited to:

Act as the primary liaison between Technology, Cybersecurity, Finance, Enterprise Risk, and SOX testing / audit teams for all matters related to SOX IT General Controls (ITGC).
Respond to inquiries and escalations related to SOX ITGCs from internal and external auditors, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Work in lockstep with SOX Accounting and SOX Risk Program Management to ensure scope alignment and audit support
Drive efforts to improve SOX IT scoping strategies, develop a comprehensive understanding of applicable IT and business processes, and support the maintenance of integrated IT and business process, risk and control framework documentation
Consult on the control design and implementation of required and repeatable ITGCs with process owners to meet regulatory requirements, including for new products, processes and system implementation launches ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place prior to launch
Create and improve SOX ready documentation (e.g., narratives, flow charts, IT process & control descriptions)
Coordinate dynamic ITGC testing schedules defined by Flutter Internal Controls and/or external audit with stakeholders that fit business capacities while still meeting regulatory deadlines
Evaluate and track reported control deficiencies, root causes, and planned corrective actions in conjunction with IT and business process owners to ensure timely and accurate resolution
Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, Enterprise Risk, Flutter Internal Controls, and other stakeholders on the status of SOX IT compliance, control issues, and remediation progress
