Factum Tutors careers

At Factum Tutors, our initiative is focused on helping students excel through peer-to-peer tutoring. Peer tutoring, also known as "cross-age tutoring", has been shown by research to be an incredibly effective methodology of learning.

We want to bring this science-based philosophy and apply it to a platform that allows high-achieving students to connect with parents of students that may be struggling with their academics. Because we truly believe that students are the best teachers, our goal is to create an ecosystem of knowledge sharing that fosters a lifelong love of learning for all parties involved.

Struggling students are less intimidated by peers their age over grown adults, and they tend to more freely voice opinions, concerns and questions about the subject material. This is crucial to a healthy, productive learning environment that can actually improve academic performance. While the tutee gains the benefit of advancing on their subject material, the tutor gains confidence in their own knowledge of the subject and more importantly, they develop a multidimensional way of thinking that encourages patience, strategy and resilience.

The establishment and management of this ecosystem is the primary goal of our company, and the administration of the process is our primary task.
