Our mission is to help people achieve greatness and meaning in their lives by building them tools to become more efficient and insightful as operators within corporate accounting and finance departments. Accounting is one of the largest frontiers left that is still in the early innings of using cloud-based technology and automation for workflow process. We are building a SaaS platform that automates accounting processes and data structures. Over time we intend to layer on additional functionality that will help customers with decision-making. Our unique approach is to fix the middle layer of the accounting function because we know from personal experience that is where the data and processes breakdown. We are deep domain experts. Facta’s two current co-founders possess over 40 years of accounting and finance operations experience. Our CEO is a former private equity investor who used financial data to make business decisions as an owner and board member of technology and media companies with $1.5B+ of value. Our Chief Product officer is a former Big-4 accountant who grew a SaaS business from 10M to $100M+ of ARR as a controller/CFO. We are ambitious and accomplished, but we also put a lot of effort into being generous, thoughtful and collaborative with each other and our team. We have an absolute passion for improving peoples' lives through technology, and want to remain a customer-focused company.
