For decades, travelers have been forced to use the guest room telephone throughout the duration of their hotel stay. While this may have been the best we could do in the past, this simply isn’t the case any longer. Today’s business travelers and vacationers expect more from their hotel experience than an outdated telephone instrument with little to no technology.
