Expo brings people together through food. Our mission is to open the aperture for everyone to reconnect to their own cultural traditions, and to explore a diverse and international set of new ones. Imagine a world where you could easily learn from grandmothers in Italy cooking gnocchi, follow along as a woman in a small shop in Bangkok cooks pad thai, or simply discover someone in your city who has been making the same recipes for generations. Expo opens that door through its creator-driven video-first platform. Today, traditional media largely ignores many ethnic cuisine verticals that are exponentially gaining in popularity, and currently no food content platform is trying to help the long-tail creators to tell their stories using the video format. Expo Eats is here to fill that void. We are building the future of food storytelling and food content community.
