At Expectful, we empower women and couples to give their children the best start in life. We’ve built a digital platform, and our initial focus is making it easy to meditate during pregnancy. Why? Extensive research has proven meditation is great for both mom and baby. Unfortunately so many women have gone unsupported because many healthcare professionals haven’t understood or acknowledged the importance of mental health during pregnancy. At Expectful we’re changing that. We’ve been in beta for 5 months and already have more than 120 expectant moms participating on the platform. Already our users have experienced reduced stress, better sleep, improved relationships and a deeper sense of connection to the life growing inside.
