Culture here is everything, honestly. The early team has plenty of experience in building products and companies, so we're methodical and deliberate about the way we're growing. Our people are ambitious, capable and honest folks that back one another up, and are encouraged to live balanced lives that include pursuing an active lifestyle and plenty of family time. There are babies on nearly every one of our team video calls. We chose the Denver area deliberately, because it represents a strong balance between startup culture some of us value about the Silicon Valley and the work-life balance that the wilderness and community in Colorado offers. Most of us ski, or hike, or like beer - some of us do all of that. Generally, our team is dialed in and focused when we're executing so that we can spend our free time enjoying life a bit. We believe in our mission, our co-workers and our collective ability to make a difference with what we're building.
