We are actively hiring for a Business Development Executive for our training wing Oratalents. Candidate Profile: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu is highly preferred. - 1 to 3 years of BDE/Inside Sales/Field Sales experience, preferably in the education or IT consulting sector. - Graduate degree in BBM, MBA, or equivalent. - Experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and relationship building. - Experience in using CRM (or Google Sheets as a CRM). Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month + uncapped commissions based on performance. Location: Bangalore (On-site) (You will be required to visit colleges for workshops or for closing partnership opportunities). Remote Opportunity: Up to 4 WFH days per month (based on need). Training & Support: - Full sales enablement support including call scripts, FAQs, email templates, and case studies. - Complete product training. - Structured onboarding around lead generation, targeting, and sales conversion strategies. Targets & Ownership: - Revenue targets and activity metrics (e.g., 50 lead touchpoints/day) assigned monthly. - Full ownership of the role with close support but independent responsibility.
