Culture and benefits at Etinx

At Etinx, culture is everything in the way we relate to one another. It's beyond having daily stand-ups. It's beyond having happy hours, ice breakers and sharing memes on whatsapp groups. Not that all that's not good or fun; we do them! But we strive to bring meaning in what we choose to do - for all parties involved - and construct our practices around that goal. We value genuineness. We value balance. What does this mean? This means we accept the uniqueness of individuals, but we balance that against a philosophy of knowledge sharing, collaboration and respect. We apply flexibility with a dash of discipline. We keep an open mind with an anchor to our fundamental beliefs in egalitarianism and healthy reciprocity. Most of all, we consciously strive everyday to walk this talk.
