Founded by front-line clinicians, Etho's mission is to solve the workforce crisis in healthcare with a focus on the wellbeing of healthcare teams.

Etho sits in front of other wellbeing services and provides a quick 'Triage' service for staff. We help identify those in most need of support, as well as those doing well who may be able to help others. We facilitate the formation of peer support networks and enhance current offers, providing greater value and tracking efficacy.

Our vision is to produce good data that enhances the health care system. We aim to share insight and forecasting with everyone; those responsible for large-scale planning, and also small organisations and individuals looking to shape their future. By positioning personal needs in parallel with those of the organisation, all will benefit
