Culture and benefits at Etha

At Etha, we hire pure FERVOR. It doesn't matter what background you've had: you are an MIT dropout, freshmen in college, a super experienced work-veteran. Etha just looks for someone super driven about killing the misinformation of the world and helping align our politics to make a world a better place. We seek out diversity, as our team is from 7 different time zones and 12 different locations. We are a startup, so that means being comfortable with change. Etha only wants what's best for the world, and for people to be informed. We can't take seeing (non)-blissful ignorance and conspiracies any more. We want our employees to shine and use their imaginations to the max, and nothing more. It's all about the people... We have meetings on the daily. Since our team has grown so large, Etha has alignment meetings in a separate marketing and development session, and each day, everyone is expected to report to their team (even if it's for 5 minutes). We have top down meetings every other week where the whole team can share inputs to our product, discuss changes and brainstorm the craziest of ideas! Every goal is an opportunity to celebrate, and some rituals we share with our company and team, is to make it a point and recognize the employees that are putting in the hours and doing great. We constantly have a "shoulder-to-lean-on" culture where novices in a subject-matter can experiment with an area like development, and have our lead devs show them the way. It's a place where people can make mistakes and not worry to death, where you can crack jokes so loud that you almost break the zoom conference, and ultimately schedule team events to motivate one another. In Etha teams spare time, our employees like to enjoy anything from roller skating, to travel across the world, enjoy anime, and whip out a musical instrument for all of us to jam to.
