Key Responsibilities WordPress & Website Management Maintain and update the Essay Eye website. Optimize site performance, SEO structure, and UI/UX. Manage plugins, security, and mobile responsiveness. Track SEO performance and deliver monthly analytics insights. SEO & Growth Strategy Conduct keyword research aligned with our target audience: teachers, curriculum leaders, and district decision makers. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Build and manage a comprehensive backlink strategy. Monitor keyword performance, rankings, and competitor data. Help increase conversions, Chrome extension installs, and school-level leads. Content & Social Media Management Own content creation across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook). Develop a consistent posting cadence tied to SEO and marketing outcomes. Script, design, and produce social posts, reels, videos, and graphics. Manage community engagement and brand voice. Drive traffic to the website, Google Classroom resources, and Chrome Web Store listing. Strategic Growth & Partner Mindset Align content, SEO, and marketing tactics to support revenue growth. Develop educator-focused funnels and lead-generation tactics. Collaborate directly with the CEO
