We believe that by reducing the amount of time and resources spent on scheduling and small admin tasks, we can enable executives to spend more energy on solving problems that affect the world. Our team has deep experience in enterprise, consumer, and mobile products. We've all built products and scaled them to millions of daily active users with hundreds of millions in revenue. Our CEO, the former CEO of JamLegend (acquired by Zynga), and chairman, the founder of Palantir and most recently Addepar and Formation 8, started Esper to tackle this problem of efficiency. Our team brings together a strong technical foundation and top tier investors passionate about changing the way we work. As a startup, we take on big challenges and find solutions with speed, thoughtfulness, and an iterative approach. We work hard but also understand the importance of sleep and well-being. That’s why we start at 10 AM each morning, cater in local food for lunch and dinner, and reward ourselves with once-in-a-lifetime team trips, like our hike to the top of Half Dome.
