Equal Education careers

Equal Education works with Local Authorities and Schools to provide one to one tutoring for children in the care system or those with special educational needs.

We work with our clients to train, recruit and place teachers with vulnerable children to improve their educational outcomes.

Much of our work is to create and improve the workflows to ensure the best case management processes around the intervention being provided. This enables us to focus on creating impactful and real relationship with parents, carers and children.
