Culture and benefits at EPP Studios

Culture overview

At EPP Studios, we are keepers of history and builders of worlds. Our culture is rooted in a deep respect for authenticity: every costume, every object, every piece of set decoration carries a story, and our job is to bring those stories back to life on screen. Our collection brings together more than $1.4 million in rare 18th and 19th century artifacts, from Napoleonic and Marie Antoinette pieces to Victorian treasures, sourced from France, Italy, Ireland, Poland, India, Mexico, and Cameroon. We treat each item with the care of a museum and the creativity of a film set. Our philosophy is simple: productions come to us. Our pieces are used on-site only, which means our teams work side by side with directors, production designers, and costume departments to build authentic environments from the ground up. EPP Studios is expanding to a large campus in the Atlanta area, Georgia, shared with Track Records and A Glance Into Art. It will bring together film and TV production, historical props, vehicles, motorsport, and inclusive arts education in one creative ecosystem. We look for people who love history, craftsmanship, and cinema: prop masters, set decorators, costume specialists, archivists, restorers, and production professionals who care about detail and take pride in their work. Founded by Mason Ewing, the world's first blind film producer, EPP Studios shares the values of Mason Ewing Corporation: creativity without limits, inclusion as a foundation, and excellence in everything we build.
