Epoch designs and manufactures battery electric boats. Our proprietary hydrofoil systems and manufacturing methods are the enabling technologies for rapidly electrifying the $49B recreational boating industry.

Through a combination of ultra-lightweight high-strength hull design and hydrofoil enabled drag reduction we're able to increase max speed by 50% and range by 3x. This allows us to contain costs with smaller motors and battery packs while offering performance and range capabilities that directly compete with fossil fuel powered boats.

The result for customers is 90% fewer trips to the mechanic, $1,000 per year in fuel and maintenance savings, 99% reduction in local emissions, and clean quiet high-speed operation.

At scale we have the opportunity to avoid yearly pollution in the form of 70 megatons CO2e, 90 million gallons of unburnt fuel injected into waterways, and non-CO2 emissions equivalent to 600M automobiles in the U.S. alone. The global market is estimated to be 5x larger.
