• The Senior Project Manager will act as a mentor to Project Managers and could take on complex Projects at ePlus strategic accounts

• Primary territory liaison responsible for driving objectively measured incremental growth of ePlus Solution Telecom & Colocation
• Work with field sales organization to assist with renewing contracts when our clients are approaching end of term (UCaaS, CCaaS, Connectivity, Colocation, and other XaaS solutions)

• Serving as a presales technical resource and trusted advisor to ePlus sales teams and customers across assigned technology focus areas.
• Partnering with sales teams to understand customer goals, qualify opportunities, and shape the right hardware, software, and services solutions.

• Lead a team of Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects
• Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation assistance, SOW assistance along with planning and designing solutions for complex multi-vendor solutions

• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments to gather business and technical requirements
• Design multi-vendor voice, video, and collaboration solutions aligned to customer needs and strategic goals

• Technical Presales Leadership: Act as the primary technical presales resource for HPC / AI opportunities, engaging with customers from initial discovery to solution proposal and design.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect complex HPC / AI solutions, including compute clusters (CPUs, GPUs, interconnects), high-performance storage systems, networking, and related infrastructure.
