EOAC is embarking on a USD 30 Million Program to Improve People’s Health and Increase White Meat Production in Kenya, East Africa to 2,000 Tonnes a year

The Market :
The Company has generated of USD 2,000 based on its Proof-of-Concept and developed a customer base ready to off-take initial 100 Tonnes of Rabbit Meat.
1) 1.7 Million Tonnes of Rabbit meat is consumed yearly around the world of which only 5% is from Africa.
2) There are 49.7 Million people in Kenya today, 21,600 Tonnes of Chicken and 830,000 Tonnes of beef are consumed annually in Kenya.
3) By 2030 EOAC aims to achieve 80% Market Share on the current gap between Demand and Supply.
4) Size of Target Market is estimated at USD 13.8 Million yearly and the Total Available Market (TAM) is at 276 Million yearly.
5) Growth is estimated to cover the Serviceable Available Market (SAM) within next 5 years valued at USD 138 Million yearly.
6) EOAC has a ready market to consume the entire initial Production Volume of 100 Tonnes a Year.
7) With further expansion plan (by 2025) in mind, EOAC aims to deliver to the market 10 times more of its current Production Volume.

Growth and Engagement :
1) We have been operating the white meat line of business for the last 18 months. We currently have stock of around 250 Rabbits, and we have been able to achieve industry standard KPI on mortality rates. we need to improve on production rates and hence a need for better infrastructure and technology to enable us.
2) We currently have Retail Customers taking our products when we have availability, we need to produce more to meet the high demand.
3) Our urgent need for expansion came from a 8 Tonnes a month order that we have received from 2 out of 5 future customers. These are wholesale Customer active in the business for the last 10 years.
4) We have a MoU in principle with 2 Companies to offtake up to 8 Tonnes a month from EOAC
