• Develop and execute verification strategies for a custom RISC-V VLIW processor architecture and associated instruction set extensions.
• Create and maintain SystemVerilog-based verification environments, assertions, checkers, scoreboards, coverage models, and regression infrastructure.

• Own the SST product strategy and roadmap, translating market and customer requirements into a coherent product definition across power, control, communications, and serviceability.
• Lead voice of customer and partner efforts, initially focusing on hyperscaler/datacenter RFQ processes and strategic partnerships (e.g., channel and technology partnerships with established power equipment providers). Then, eventually branching into other applications of SST, including DC fast charging, solar, battery energy storage, and other utility-oriented applications.

Use the voice of customer information to synthesize requirements, and work with the sales and marketing leaders to define pricing and go-to-market positioning.

• Design and implement firmware, primarily in C and C++, for real-time operation and control
• Validate firmware through software simulations, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and prototype

• Provide pre‑sales technical guidance for residential and commercial projects, including:
• System architecture and design

• Responsible for all quality stage gate processes for the new product launch at Arlington TX site
• Work closely with contract manufacturing (CM) partner to meet or beat daily quality goals on first pass yield/finish yield driving continuous improvement projects

• Design and ship firmware for real-time embedded systems in C/C++.
• Develop board- and system-level firmware across multi-processor/core platforms (bare-metal, Zephyr RTOS).

• Design Power supplies, communications and other related logic circuitry needed for the Battery systems.
• Develop sensor solutions for utility-scale systems across liquid cooling, chillers, and heat exchangers, throughout the full product lifecycle.

• Create innovative system-level embedded hardware designs to support next-generation energy system products.
• Lead specification, design, schematic capture, prototyping, and debugging of complex circuits and PCBAs.

• Use their rich experience in the Systems Engineering domain to drive the architecture and development of new storage and PV solutions for C&I markets.
• Author the systems requirement document (SRD) along with architectural documents including but not limited to the interface documents, sequence diagrams and integration plans.

• Develop test strategies and plans to verify that Enphase's inverter firmware, gateway, and cloud functions and communications perform per engineering requirements and design specifications.
• Develop and execute test strategies to ensure safety and optimal functionality of Enphase's firmware to meet worldwide standards.

• Lead the power density rapid increase roadmap: Own the strategic and execution roadmap to rapidly increase power density. Define the target metrics (W/in³, W/in2, W/kg, efficiency vs. cooling), break down the improvement into loss-reduction initiatives, and drive cross-functional execution to hit the milestones.
