Right now our product screens applications & interview every single candidate using our evaluation engine. Simply out, screening rounds for language, accent, past experience etc can be done autonomously. This cuts down the hiring cycle substantially.

Down the line, we want to train our ML model using ChatGPT and conduct 2nd & 3rd round of interviews as well and do better talent matching.
