Culture and benefits at Enigma Labs

Being a small team, a culture of curiosity and ownership is the most important thing that we look for when we decide to add another member. Part of this is being together in person periodically. If you live in NYC, we are in the office 3x a week at least, if you are remote, we ask that you come and hang out and work together at least once a month for a few days.
