Today anyone can create and distribute a book, piece of music, or other content at the touch of a few buttons. The big challenge now is actually selling it: there's a lot of content out there - much of it free; the old way of marketing through bookshops and record stores doesn't work either, because those channels are collapsing. We think the answer lies in data: by understanding how comparable artists and works have performed, we can define the most effective marketing strategies for new titles. We are starting with books but intend to move to music, film, tv, and other content areas. We've been called "one of the key players in British publishing” by The Times, and “the brightest publishing brains” by The Observer; we've been behind some of the most high-profile and disruptive events in publishing in the last 10 years, including Pottermore and Odyssey Editions. We're passionate, experienced, ambitious, and we're looking for awesome people to join us in London or New York.
