Culture and benefits at Empulse

Empulse is made of empathic pragmatists. We love helping people, and we're really rational about what that truly looks like. Empulse is a spin-off company from todreamalife.com, a group of savant consultants who tackle unsolved problems in critical infrastructure and STEM. We created Empulse as a thought experiment, then decided it needed to have a life of its own and be as big as it could be. A typical meeting looks a lot like a rowdy trivia game at your local pub. We're creative problem solvers, we dream big, ruthlessly kill projects that don't produce, take calculated risks, work our butts off, and can't help but savant some sh*t most of the time :) We also love non-profits. They do the community-based, hands-on longitudinal TLC that is needed to help an individual. We just want to fund them easier and more simply at scale.
