Culture overview
We believe the happiness index of people working along is directly proportional to the growth of the company. We do not have any long list of values defined anywhere but here are a few things we believe in - 1. We believe everyone should have the flexibility of when they want to work and from where they want to work. A sense of freedom opens the space for feedback, new ideas, and creativity. 2. We do not have any working hours or leave policy. We usually work from Monday to Friday and keep our weekends to work on the other things we love to do apart from work. We believe working here is a marathon and not a sprint so work at your own pace without getting burned out. 3. We believe leadership comes through ownership. We love people who take ownership of whatever they do. 4. We believe in a culture of giving feedback in person and appreciation in public. We also believe in giving constant feedback to each other which helps us grow in the role as well as helps grow as a better person. We all work like friends and have fun together in different ways but that is really a by-product of the culture and the safe space that is created. We were so busy creating memories that we missed creating pictures so we just have a very few random screenshots of the fun we had together remotely during covid. Now planning for a trip together as the covid wave settles down. :)
