We’re a startup. A true startup. Our culture is still in it's infancy and is being created as we go. You can help shape it and improve the way we work and interact with each other. We're fans of popularism's such as Radical Candor, Grit, and Kahneman/Tversky. Just because they're popular it doesn't mean they're not profoundly powerful. We're humble, straightforward, and don't have room for ego. We'd rather keep it focused on improving every day and helping each other do the same. If you're passionate about something, anything really, then you'd be a good fit. If you pride yourself on doing something to the best of your ability then say hi. Technical skill is not enough, you have to bring the rest to the table too.
