Emanate's leading product is a solution that monitors both the Temperature and AC power draw of refrigerators - unlike competing solutions that only monitor temp. By monitoring power, the system is able to generate early alerts on maintenance issues *before* temperature goes out of spec, such as: a failing compressor or an AC outage. These early alerts prevent expensive spoilage (ex. $200K pharma) or loss of medical samples. In addition, the system is able to filter out nuisance alarms for normal operating cases which can cause temperature to temporarily rise, such as restocking or normal defrost cycles.
