• Overall Project Management

Manage entire EdTech AI Agent development project schedules and achieve milestones
Coordinate work distribution and schedules among AI Developers, Full-Stack Developers, and Instructional Designers
Manage weekly project status reports and monthly budget execution status

• The AI Education Strategy Team drives the global expansion of Elice LXP, our AI-powered learning platform, serving as both Tech Sales and Tech PM in the B2B space. We've established presence in Singapore, Thailand, and Bhutan, and built solid references by winning public sector contracts with organizations including Singapore's Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Brunei, and Indonesia.
