Elektra careers

Elektra builds wearables (e.g. vests and sleeves) made of a compression material (like Underarmor) that integrate smart-electrodes. You put it on, download an app, and it adds a physical experience to that part of your life.

The business model gains early traction by focusing on building in-house applications that meet high needs for niche markets. Each application focuses on the broad method of translating auditory input into physical output. For example, a haptic communication platform for the deaf and hard-of-hearing and a therapeutic method for nursing homes that turns music into massages.

The business model will then focus on broad adoption of the product as a multipurpose platform (i.e. the iPhone of haptics). We will open our API and partner with other companies to build applications in a range of fields including military simulations, gaming, VR, sports entertainment, and more.
