Elate wellbeing an effort to make people happier and healthier. We believe there is no one right way and we need not go vegetarian or wake up too early and be a monk to be happier and healthier! Rather, we bring to you modern techniques (for both mental and physical well-being) which are easy to follow and can be easily incorporated while you juggle between your work, career and family!

Elate provides both online and in centre programs on well-being. These programs include online mindfulness meditation, therapies on how to sleep well, Yoga and brain food.
