Ektio careers
Ektio Inc. manufactures and distributes high performance athletic footwear that has doctor invented, patented technology built into the shoe that virtually eliminates the most common injury in sports today; ankle sprains. It works far better than any combination of tape or braces.
It helps the customer play their sport without fear of spraining, rolling or twisting their ankles. The 9,000,000 ankle sprains per year in the US could be dramatically reduced if everyone wore Ektio footwear while playing sports.
Our customer is anyone who is in any way concerned about protecting their ankles. This includes people who have recently sprained, those who sprained months or years ago, and those who have frequent, recurrent ankle sprains. In addition, people who have NEVER sprained their ankles are ideal candidates to wear the shoe to prevent the injury in the first place. Once you've sprained your ankle, you are 7X more likely to resprain it. Let's just prevent it. Moms love this concept!
