Efficient Forms careers

Efficient Hire is a hosted solution for human resources departments. Efficient Hire relies on Efficient Forms' (efficientforms.com) proprietary technology to guide employees through an easy-to-understand interview. At the conclusion of the interview employees will have completed all required new-hire paperwork and forms, including direct deposit, tax withholding, insurance enrollment and others. This data can either be placed onto the appropriate form (PDF) or sent via data feed to legacy back-end systems for payroll, employee records and benefits.
