Educate! careers

We at Educate! tackle youth unemployment by partnering with schools and governments to reform what schools teach and how they teach it so that students in Africa have the skills to attain further education, overcome gender inequities, start businesses, get jobs, and drive development in their communities. We directly implement our model in secondary schools and partner with governments to support national education systems. Among other benefits, Educate! leads to improved soft skills, increased secondary school completion rates, more youth selecting STEM and business majors, delayed fertility, reductions in risky behavior, and declines in intimate partner violence.
