During my years as a academic professor at a globally top-ranked business school, I witnessed a painful disconnect firsthand: brilliant students mastering theory, yet graduating anxious, underprepared, and often mismatched with real-world demands. Despite publishing in top journals and teaching thousands, I grew increasingly frustrated watching talented young people struggle with employability while universities moved too slowly to bridge the gap between academia and industry. I started this company not for another line on a CV, but because I believe higher education can—and must—do better. EduBridge is my answer: a platform that brings practicing experts directly into the learning journey, aligns curricula with actual job needs, and gives every student personalized, outcome-focused guidance.
