Educators On Call, LLC (EOC) is the premier provider of educational staffing to public,charter, private and early childhood educational facilities. Educators On Call is focused on providing high-quality teachers, teaching assistants and support staff to meet the needs of our clients. EOC was founded in 2012, by career educator Tara Aldrich. She has twenty years of education experience in both private and public schools in Philadelphia county, Montgomery county, and Washington, D.C. Ms. Aldrich holds a Master's degree in education, and is certified in middle school math and educational leadership. Her broad experience, in the classroom and front office, exposed the need for highly skilled substitute teachers in all classroom settings.
